When the feeder determines the quality and productivity, a precisely adjustable feeder with high acceleration is needed. Older models or feeders with clamps – partially controlled with pneumatics – limit the speed and thus parts per minute. In addition, they are difficult to readjust for other products of different lengths. Easily programmable ebu feeders with tool parameter memory make this easy and quick. ebu presses have the feeder parameter saved with the tool parameters – loading a new tool automatically adjusts the feeder parameters.
You can select from a wide range of ebu feeders for different applications to use your machine with higher speed for more parts per minute. Our customers were often able to switch from slower interrupted mode to continuous mode – keeping the clutch engaged reduced wear, noise and air consumption.
Standard feeders for material width up to 800 mm and thickness up to 6 mm and customized solutions are available, partially on stock. You benefit from our integration using standardized interfaces to presses with encoders or output signals – making the feeders also usable with 3rd party presses.
